Well-Differentiated Liposarcoma as a Case: The Competence of Surgical Treatment was Questioned

Sarcomas are malignant tumors arising from skeletal and non-skeletal connective tissue, as well the peripheral nervous system. Sarcoma is detected in majority of patients who have a primary retroperitoneal, extra-visceral, unifocal soft tissue mass. Liposarcoma leiomyosarcoma most prevalent histologic types retroperitoneal sarcoma adults. Most liposarcomas known low to mild grade tumors. Well differentiated (low grade) kind no potential metastasize. Atypical lipomatous defined those that develop on body wall, trunk, or extremity. However, same called well-differentiated due their tendency for local recurrence located retroperitoneum, mediastinum, spermatic cord. In our case, we aimed present case occupies intra-abdominal volume, has associated gastrointestinal system complaints, eventually was diagnosed liposarcoma following surgical treatment.
